There is no single cancellation deadline or refund amount across kikibash venues. The applicable venue cancellation policy is displayed during booking and must be accepted before a live booking is completed.

Changes and headcounts

Guest-count deadlines and changes to packages, dates or extras depend on the venue’s policy and availability. Contact the venue using your booking details before its stated deadline.

Cancellation and refunds

Check the cancellation terms saved with your booking and contact the venue to request cancellation. Any refund eligibility depends on those terms; we do not promise a universal refund or a fixed refund processing time.
